My work is very spontaneous and I have found that a lot of interesting things can come from this. I started this piece of work with the feeling of wanting to do 'something different' but keeping my mind free of any specific plan, as I normally do. As I started to lay a background of black acrylic, an image of a cityscape immediately started to emerge. I enjoyed working with this and applying my signature bright colours and paint drips, together with a splash of spray paint. Spontaneity at its best :-)
